I miss my husband.
{you}: Don’t you work at home with your husband?
Yes.
We’ve been working 14-16 hour days together.
We eat meals together. We sleep in the same bed.
I miss my husband.
We talk about the day’s agenda during breakfast.
We talk about designs over a quick lunch.
We work on layouts during dinner.
We work on custom invitations in the evening.
We discuss marketing strategies at bedtime.
I miss my husband.
Tonight is Date Night.
It’s on the schedule.
Nothing is more important tonight.
I miss my husband.
We design stationery items and draw illustrations.
We live on a very tight budget.
We’re cheap.
We love being cozy.
There’s no better place than home.

We have about 5 go-to restaurants on a budget.
We look for platters that offer enough food for
two by just adding one side item.
We also fill-out quick surveys that offer us
something for free–entree, side or dessert.
Tonight we’re going Asian with a free entree coupon.
We’ll get three entrees and enough rice for two.
Dinner = $6.51
We love disaster movies.
We splurged and purchased a movie that was on sale.
Movie = $9.00.
Hank’s Hint: Public libraries are a fantastic source for free movies.
They offer new releases and classics as well as TV series.
Movie snacks are a must even on a budget.
We picked up this $5 snack set which included
2 candy boxes, 2 microwave popcorn bags,
$2 worth of coupons and 4 popcorn bags.
Good for TWO date nights!
Snacks = $2.50

My Date = Priceless
My favorite part of any date is J.
Looking forward to Date Night.
No more missing my husband.
My Cheap Date = $18.01
My Cheaper Date = $9.01
{free library movie instead of splurge}
Do you have some “Cheap Date” tips?
We’d love to hear them!
Wishing you a little time with your loved ones!
