Come on vamanos! Everybody let’s go…oh, um…sorry! I was distracted there for a minute. We have a tiny person in our house that is kind of obsessed with Dora. So much that when she asks “Where are are going?” I clap 3 times (you think I am kidding). I know, I know! You are asking yourself, “How could you let this happen?” Well, I don’t know but we did! So, there was really no other choice when our sweet, spunky, outspoken little love was turning 3 but to have a fiesta Dora style. So, friends…here it is! A Dora Fiesta fit for a big and sassy, cute and fabulous 3 year old.

I can’t resist a fabulous cake. I have been blessed with a friend who always steps up to my crazy cake challenges. This cake was so perfect for a fiesta!

The key to a great fiesta is lots of flowers! So, we combined simple mason jars filled with pink and orange flowers.

We added a layer of tissue flowers to every plate to add the fun factor! We used coordinating 12″ x 12″ paper as a place mat and layered on matching square plates.

I loved that Orange and Strawberry Crush were the perfect colors for my theme. So, I created a whole table around these 2 beverages. We also had some fun authentic Mexican sodas in Orange and Pink (okay red, but close).

Is this the biggest pinata you have ever seen? It was as big as the birthday girl and fuzzy all over. DANGER! DANGER! That 3 year old has a bat and is ready to get some candy out of that pinata!

Dora has her very own sense of style and so we had all the kids make their own signature bracelet! Would they make a Dora replica or a complete original?

What Dora adventure would be complete without a map quest?

We made some of Dora’s animal friends.

A special visitor for the birthday girl! Her big sister…umm…I mean Dora…was so excited about coming in character. It was totally her idea.

Oh, sweet Dora obsessed girl..I LOVE YOU!
