Grab your crazy hat and Groucho Marx glasses ‘cuz it’s…

The past 7 days around the PiG PeN are a blur! We were busy with lots of favor boxes—a dozen suitcases, 30 tea cups and 60 mail trucks. We feel so blessed to be a small part of so many sweet celebrations! Since it’s been quiet on Oink! this week, we didn’t have a chance to announce the winners of the Barnyard Buddies Challenge Giveaway.

{drumroll}

And the winners are…Christina Leach and Creativities Galore!!

{Winners picked via Rafflecopter and Random.org}

{break for a Happy Dance!}

Thank you all for entering our giveaway and we look forward to seeing how the winners use the collection for their own celebrations!

A few months ago, Brittany of GreyGrey Designs asked us to design a small collection for her Father’s Day feature in Tots to Teens Magazine. Her idea for the feature was inspired by the iconic “Sugar Daddy” candy and you can see her fabulous design here. I especially adore the sunbursts on her backdrop using “Sugar Daddy” candy!

In honor of Father’s Day, we wanted to share these fun printables with you for FREE! You can click on the links at the end of the post to download for your own celebration! Since Brittany used the candy throughout her design, I thought I would share a lil’ inspiration table in case you can’t find “Sugar Daddy” candy.

To create a neutral backdrop, I used white paper plates then attached the “We ♥ You, Sugar Daddy” banner to red grosgrain ribbon with mini red clothespins. I picked up the hand dyed clothespins on sale from RusticLou for $2.70. I finished off the backdrop with red and yellow paper lanterns from Michael’s $1.00 bins.

The “sweet” table was filled with Dad’s favorites including Kettle “PoP”-corn served in a yellow bucket from Dollar Tree lined with a red and white food basket liner from Michael’s. The bucket was recycled from our Charlie Brown Inspired Birthday Party. I pick up food-safe basket liners whenever I see them. They’re great to have on hand for serving different foods besides hamburgers and hot dogs!

Soda “PoP” bottles were wrapped with bottle labels and served with a red straw. We served a mix of strawberry lemonade and lemon-lime soda in bottles recycled from our ¡Fiesta! A kitchen funnel works great for filling long neck bottles.

Besides Dad’s favorite soda, serve up his favorite sweet treats as well. Maybe his favorite cupcake is from a local bakery or your local grocery store. Make it extra special by placing it in a fun cupcake wrapper and topping it with a gumball! These baking and candy cups were the Deal of the Day on Pick You Plum which you can pick up here on Oink! daily {see side bar}.

Homemade Rice Krispies squares were made extra special by adding a paper straw. Everyone loves treats on a stick including Dad! I used red and white striped straws I won in a giveaway from Garnish. As many of you know, I love straws and I love using them in a variety of ways!

Create a fun lil’ treat in less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Marshmallows were dipped in white chocolate chips melted in the microwave then topped with a cinnamon red hot. Pop them on a straw and display them in a cute lil’ bucket! The bucket is from Target’s Dollar Spot and filled with a piece of floral foam from Dollar Tree and topped with recycled Easter grass. A Party Card was clipped to the bucket’s handle with a mini clothespin.

A “sweet” celebration for the “Sugar Daddy” in your life!
