Banana Pudding Push Pops in Foam

I’m bananas for banana desserts! I was inspired to make this dessert from Glorious Treats scrumptious looking Banana Caramel Cream Dessert.

I wanted to serve these at Monkey’s birthday party…yes, I said Monkey. You can see more of our fun play date and birthday celebration here. But, I knew I wanted an easier version I could whip up quickly and decided on my version…Banana Caramel Push-up Pops.

You’ll need the following ingredients to make this tasty treat:

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Banana Pudding
  • Cool Whip
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Bananas
  • Push-up Pop Containers (or individual serving dishes)

If you plan to decorate your containers, you will want to do this first. I wrapped mine with pink and white Washi tape.

Next, scoop 1/2 teaspoon of the graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of the container. Press it down.

Next, pipe in the banana pudding mix. I used my Pampered Chef Easy Accent Decorator but you can also use a Ziploc bag or pastry bag.

Now, add a drizzle of the caramel sauce.

Place a few thin slices of banana and then repeat the layers.

Finally, add a dollop of Cool Whip to the top and a small banana slice. Put them in the fridge until ready to serve.

To display our yummy treats I took a piece of styroform from a package I received and covered it with coordinating scrapbook paper. I marked where I wanted the holes to be and poked a knife through to help make it easier to push the pops in.

This was such an easy treat to make and the kids went “bananas” for them.  Enjoy!
